The Pilgrimage Station

With thanks to Juryk Putter here is his impression of what the pilgrim's 'statio' may have looked like in the Middle Ages you can see the old Eden bridge in the top R.H. corner.

The Old Paper Mill

The whole site of the above is now owned by UStA and has been renamed the Eden Campus.The link is to Canmore National Record of the Historic Environment which has lots of pics and details on the history of the site.

The Stone is now in the Eden Nature Reserve Park beside the WW1 Memorial.
